Best Web Developer in Pakistan — Judge It on the Work.
Nobody should take 'best developer' at face value, including from me. So here is the evidence: 1,000+ projects, 580+ verified five-star reviews, Top Rated on Fiverr and Upwork.
Every developer's site says they are the best. It is a claim with no information in it, so here is a more useful version: what to actually check before hiring anyone, and my answers to each.
Verified reviews on a platform that cannot be faked. A portfolio of sites still in production years later. Clear communication before any money changes hands. Willingness to tell you when your idea is wrong. And code you could hand to another developer without embarrassment.
Check those things about me, and check them about whoever else you are considering. If someone cannot show them, that tells you more than any claim on their homepage.
What you can verify.
580+ verified reviews
Five-star reviews on Fiverr and Upwork, tied to real paid projects you can click through to.
1,000+ projects delivered
40+ documented case studies, most of them still in production and still maintained.
Top Rated on both platforms
Top Rated status on Fiverr and Upwork simultaneously — earned on completion and satisfaction, not bought.
12+ years, same craft
A decade-plus of web design, ecommerce and application work rather than following whatever is trending.
Code you can hand over
Full source, conventional structure, documented — no lock-in and no dependency on me.
Direct communication
You talk to the person doing the work. No account manager, no relay, no surprises.
How I approach it.
Ask to see something three years old
Anyone can show you a site they launched last month. The interesting question is what their work from three years ago looks like now — is it still running, still fast, still maintained, or did the client have to rebuild it? Longevity is the honest measure of build quality.
A good developer talks you out of things
If you describe a plan and get nothing but enthusiasm, be careful. Part of the job is saying 'that will cost three times what it returns' or 'an off-the-shelf tool does this already'. I have talked plenty of people out of custom work, and it is usually why they came back later with something worth building.
Ownership matters more than price
Cheap work often comes with a catch: code you cannot access, a platform you cannot leave, or a developer who is the only person who understands it. Full source, conventional structure and real documentation mean you are choosing to stay rather than trapped.
Specialism beats generalism for hard problems
For a complex WooCommerce build, a custom Laravel application or a performance rescue, someone who has done it fifty times will finish faster and produce something that survives longer than a capable generalist learning as they go. For a straightforward website, plenty of people can do a good job.
The process.

Questions, answered.
Why should I believe you are any good?
Do not take my word for it. Check the verified reviews on Fiverr and Upwork, look at the case studies and visit the live sites, then talk to me and judge the conversation. If any of those disappoint, hire someone else.
What do you specialise in?
WordPress and WooCommerce most deeply, then custom applications in Laravel and Next.js, then ecommerce and performance work. Within those I am genuinely fast; outside them I will tell you rather than learn on your budget.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Most of my clients are international. Being based in Pakistan affects my timezone and nothing else.
Are you cheaper than an agency?
Usually, because you are not paying for account management, sales overhead or a middle layer. You are also not cheaper than the cheapest option available, and if price is the only criterion I am probably not the right fit.
