WooCommerce Development & Store Optimisation.
WooCommerce stores that convert — fast product pages, frictionless checkout, correct tax and shipping, subscriptions, and the trust signals that close a sale.
An online store lives or dies on two things: how fast it loads and how easy it is to buy. Everything else is secondary. Most underperforming WooCommerce stores are losing customers at the same three places — a slow catalogue, a checkout with too many steps, and a moment of hesitation with no trust signal to resolve it.
WooCommerce is genuinely capable, but it gets slow when it is asked to do too much with too many plugins, and its default checkout asks for more than it needs.
I build and fix stores with the sale as the measure. Faster catalogue, shorter checkout, correct tax and shipping so nothing surprises anyone at the last step, and analytics that show where people actually drop off.
WooCommerce work.

How I approach it.
Checkout length is the cheapest win available
Every field is a chance to lose someone. Most stores collect information they never use, ask for a company name from consumers, and force account creation before purchase. Cutting the checkout to what is genuinely required typically moves completion rate more than any other single change.
Cache aggressively, but never the cart
Full-page caching makes a store dramatically faster and breaks it badly if the cart, checkout and account pages are not excluded. Done correctly, anonymous browsing hits static HTML while logged-in and cart states stay dynamic. Done incorrectly, customers see each other's carts.
Shipping tables should reflect real costs
Flat-rate shipping either loses money on heavy orders or overcharges on light ones, and both cost you. Weight-and-zone tables mapped to your actual courier contract mean the number at checkout is honest, which reduces both abandonment and margin leakage.
Abandoned carts are the highest-return automation
A short recovery sequence — one reminder, then one with a modest incentive — routinely recovers a meaningful share of abandoned carts. It is a small amount of setup against revenue you have already paid to acquire.
The process.

Questions, answered.
WooCommerce or Shopify — which should I choose?
Both are good; it depends on you. WooCommerce gives full control with no platform fee but you own the maintenance. Shopify is simpler to run for a monthly cost and less flexible at the edges. Tell me your products and how you want to operate and I will recommend honestly.
My store is slow with a few thousand products. Can that be fixed?
Usually yes, and the cause is normally query patterns and plugin overhead rather than the product count itself. WooCommerce handles large catalogues fine when the queries are indexed and the caching is right.
Can I accept JazzCash, cards and cash on delivery?
Yes — JazzCash, Easypaisa, cards, bank transfer, COD and international cards. I wire in the methods that fit your customers rather than a default set.
Can you migrate my store from Shopify to WooCommerce?
Yes — products, variants, customers, orders and URLs, with redirects so you keep your search rankings. The URL mapping is the part that most migrations get wrong.
