What is "The Year With Me"?
A subscription-style retainer. You pay monthly, every six months or yearly, and get an agreed monthly bandwidth of development, design and consulting time — with no re-quoting per task.
Who is it for?
Founders, agencies and product teams who need an ongoing development partner — WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, custom applications, AI integrations — and want rapid iteration without per-project negotiation.
How does billing work?
You pick a tier and a billing cycle (monthly, every six months, or yearly). Yearly is the best value — roughly 37% off monthly on the popular tier. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle and can be cancelled anytime.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime — from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@nadeemdev.com. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
What is the difference between this and project-based work?
Project work is quoted per scope and paid once. This gives you continuous access — faster turnaround, no quoting friction, and priority over project clients during your retainer period.
What does 'unlimited flexible hours' actually mean?
It means I pace the work rather than tracking it against an allocation, and you are not rationed. It does not mean I work 24/7 or that a single tier can absorb three full-time developers' worth of output. If your volume genuinely exceeds what a tier can hold, I will tell you honestly rather than quietly under-delivering.
What if my request is outside your skill set?
I tell you, and I help you find the right person. Pretending otherwise wastes your money and my reputation.
