How does the fixed price work?
The 'from' price covers the typical case for that problem. I look first, confirm the price before starting, and if your situation turns out to be more involved you get a revised quote to approve — never a surprise invoice.
What is the 14-day correction guarantee?
If the same problem returns within 14 days of the fix, I correct it at no charge. It covers the issue I fixed, not new unrelated problems — and in practice it rarely gets used, because root-cause fixes tend to hold.
How fast can you start?
Most fixes start the same day, and genuine production outages get looked at within a couple of hours. Send the symptoms and access details and you will get a straight answer immediately.
What access do you need?
The minimum required — usually hosting or cPanel access, and admin access to the application. I prefer working on a staging copy for anything risky, and access is removed when the job is done.
