How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours, and usually much faster during business days. If something is genuinely urgent and production is down, say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Plenty of good projects start with 'something is wrong and I do not know what'. A short conversation usually clarifies it, and if the answer turns out to be simpler than you feared, I will tell you that.
Will you quote before starting work?
Always. You get a fixed number tied to a defined scope before anything begins, typically within 24 hours of our conversation. No open-ended hourly surprises.
