Consulting & Professional Services Website Development.
Websites for consultants, coaches and professional-service firms — services, case studies, paid booking and lead capture. For experts in Pakistan and clients worldwide.
When you sell expertise, the website is doing something specific: convincing a stranger that you know more than they do about their problem. That is not achieved by describing yourself as experienced — it is achieved by demonstrating thinking.
So I build consulting sites around evidence of expertise: case studies with real decisions and outcomes, substantive articles that give something away, and clear positioning about exactly who you help and with what.
Then the practical layer: paid consultation booking so you stop giving away discovery calls, and lead capture that arrives pre-qualified.
What goes into your website.
Sharp positioning
Exactly who you help and with what — specific enough that the right client recognises themselves.
Case studies
Real engagements with the problem, the approach and the outcome, presented credibly.
Paid booking
Consultation booking with payment, availability and reminders — no more unpaid discovery calls.
Content that demonstrates
Articles and guides that give real value away, which is what actually establishes authority.
Qualified lead capture
Forms that ask enough to filter, so enquiries arrive with context rather than 'need help'.
Personal credibility
Your background, credentials and voice — because clients hire a person, not a firm.
How I approach it.
Charge for the first conversation
Free discovery calls attract people who want free advice, and the genuinely serious ones do not mind paying for an hour of expertise. Paid consultations filter aggressively, and many consultants find their conversion rate goes up rather than down.
Give away the thinking, sell the doing
Consultants worry that publishing their methods removes the reason to hire them. In practice it does the opposite — a prospect who reads your thinking and agrees with it arrives already convinced. What they are buying is your judgement applied to their situation, and no article provides that.
Narrow beats broad
'Business consultant' competes with everyone and is remembered by nobody. 'I help hotel groups fix their direct booking channel' is instantly clear to the right person. Narrowing feels like turning away work and reliably produces more of it.
Case studies need permission and specificity
Vague case studies convince nobody. Get client permission for real names and numbers where you can, and where you cannot, be specific about the situation and outcome even if the client is anonymous. 'A mid-sized hotel group' with real figures beats 'a client' with adjectives.
The process.
Discovery
A short call to understand your business, your customers, and what the site must actually achieve.
Design
A clean, on-brand layout you approve before a line of code is written — mobile-first, fast, conversion-focused.
Build
Development in staging with a CMS so you can edit content yourself, plus SEO, analytics and forms wired in.
Launch & support
Go-live on your domain with SSL, speed tuning and a handover — then post-launch support so you are never stuck.
Included with every build.
- Mobile-first, responsive design that looks right on every device.
- On-page SEO, sitemap and schema so Google can find and rank you — locally in Pakistan and globally.
- Self-editable content (CMS) — update text, images and pages without a developer.
- Contact / lead forms, WhatsApp, Google Analytics and social links wired in.
- SSL, performance tuning and post-launch support.
Questions, answered.
Can I take paid bookings through the site?
Yes — paid consultation booking with calendar availability, payment, confirmation and reminders. Cancellation and rescheduling policies can be enforced automatically.
Should I publish my rates?
Usually yes, at least a starting point or a structure. It filters mismatched enquiries and positions you as established rather than negotiable. I will help present it appropriately.
Can I publish articles myself?
Yes, fully self-service with SEO fundamentals built in. For a consulting site, consistent publishing is the main growth engine, so it needs to be frictionless.
Can it handle courses or paid content?
Yes — gated content, memberships or a full course platform, depending on how far you want to take it.
