No, and that is the point. It uses the native block editor with custom fields for structured content, so you get editing freedom without the markup weight or the lock-in.
Can you customise it for my brand?
Yes, quoted separately. Many people run it with just colour and typography changes, which are configuration rather than development.
Is the licence per site?
Single site as standard. Multi-site licences are available if you are an agency building several.
