Websites that earn trust and donations

NGO & Non-Profit Website Development.

Donation forms that work, programme transparency, volunteer sign-up and impact reporting — for NGOs in Pakistan and organisations across the world.

The short version

People donate when they trust where the money goes. That is the whole design brief. A single 'Donate' button with no context asks for faith; a programme page showing exactly what a given amount funds, with progress against a target and reports on past spending, asks for a decision.

I build NGO websites around that transparency — plus the practical machinery: recurring donations, FBR-approved donation receipts for Pakistani donors, international cards for overseas supporters, and volunteer sign-up treated as a first-class action rather than a footnote.

What you get

What goes into your website.

Donation forms

One-time and recurring donations with suggested amounts tied to real programme outcomes.

Receipts & compliance

Automated FBR-approved donation receipts for Pakistani donors and proper acknowledgements for overseas giving.

Programme pages

What each programme does, what it costs, and progress against its funding target.

Impact reporting

Spend breakdowns and field updates published on a schedule, so donors see results.

Volunteer sign-up

A structured volunteer workflow with skills, availability and follow-up.

Multilingual & accessible

Multiple languages with correct RTL support, and WCAG AA accessibility throughout.

The detail that matters

How I approach it.

01

Recurring donors are the whole game

A monthly donor is worth many times a one-off gift, and the difference is usually just whether you asked. Making recurring the default suggestion, with a clear way to change or cancel, typically shifts a meaningful share of donations to recurring without reducing total giving.

02

Show the money

Spend breakdowns, programme progress and honest field updates — including what did not go to plan — build more trust than polished appeals. Organisations that publish this consistently see it in their average donation size.

03

Accessibility is not optional here

Your audience includes people with disabilities, on old devices, on poor connections. WCAG AA compliance, light pages and keyboard navigation are baseline requirements for an organisation whose mission is inclusion.

04

Handle sensitive submissions carefully

Where your work involves confidential reports or vulnerable people, forms need encrypted storage, minimal metadata retention and a plain explanation of what happens to the data. That is a design decision, not a compliance checkbox.

How we work together

The process.

1

Discovery

A short call to understand your business, your customers, and what the site must actually achieve.

2

Design

A clean, on-brand layout you approve before a line of code is written — mobile-first, fast, conversion-focused.

3

Build

Development in staging with a CMS so you can edit content yourself, plus SEO, analytics and forms wired in.

4

Launch & support

Go-live on your domain with SSL, speed tuning and a handover — then post-launch support so you are never stuck.

Included with every build.

  • Mobile-first, responsive design that looks right on every device.
  • On-page SEO, sitemap and schema so Google can find and rank you — locally in Pakistan and globally.
  • Self-editable content (CMS) — update text, images and pages without a developer.
  • Contact / lead forms, WhatsApp, Google Analytics and social links wired in.
  • SSL, performance tuning and post-launch support.

Questions, answered.

Can we accept donations from abroad?

Yes — international cards and multi-currency alongside domestic JazzCash and net banking. You should confirm your own Economic Affairs Division position for foreign contributions; the technical side supports it.

Are FBR-approved donation receipts automated?

Yes, generated and emailed automatically on donation with the required details, and available in the donor's account.

Can we run appeals with progress bars?

Yes — campaign pages with targets, live progress and closing dates, editable by your team.

Can volunteers apply through the site?

Yes, with a structured form capturing skills and availability, routed to whoever manages volunteers.
