The challenge.
Selling cameras direct in dozens of markets means every region needs its own currency, pricing, stock position and shipping rules — while the product itself is inseparable from the software, so the store has to carry firmware, apps and support alongside the checkout.
What I did.
- 1
Built region-aware storefronts with local currency, pricing and fulfilment rather than one global catalogue with a converter bolted on.
- 2
Treated accessories as core rather than an afterthought — bundle configuration is how average order value grows on hardware with a fixed headline price.
- 3
Kept the creator community and sample footage close to the product pages, because for a camera the proof is what people shoot with it.
- 4
Combined firmware, app downloads, warranty and support into one hub, so post-purchase questions never leave the brand's own site.
What was built.
- Multi-region storefronts with local currency and stock
- Camera and accessory bundle configuration
- Creator community and sample gallery
- Firmware, app and support hub
- Warranty and care-plan upsell
- Refurbished and trade-in routes
