The challenge.
Launching merch means assembling a maze of vendors — sourcing, sampling, QC, customs, storefront plugins, pick and pack, sales-tax filings — each a separate relationship with its own delay. The ops stack, not the idea, is what stops most brands shipping.
What I did.
- 1
Built AI agents that contact global manufacturers on a brief and come back with real quotes, replacing the weeks of sourcing email that normally start the process.
- 2
Moved QC local: samples and batches are checked without international shipping round-trips, which is where most of the timeline actually goes.
- 3
Bundled pick and pack with sales-tax support in the markets the brand sells into, so compliance is not a separate project.
- 4
Added a storefront layer with product gating, real-time price calibration and perks — and interactive drop mechanics — so the same platform handles the selling, not just the making.
What was built.
- AI supplier sourcing and automated quoting
- Fast local sample and batch QC
- Global pick & pack with sales-tax support
- Converting storefront with gating and real-time pricing
- Interactive drops and collectible mechanics
- Community and whitelist onboarding
