The challenge.
People look for therapy in four completely different ways: by condition, by the medication they were prescribed, by who they are, and by whether their insurance covers it. Each of those needs its own landing page, and all of them have to end at the same account signup without the site fragmenting.
What I did.
- 1
Built a wide service taxonomy — individual, couples, LGBTQIA+, teen, military, veterans, seniors and unlimited messaging therapy — alongside a psychiatry and medication-management arm.
- 2
Published condition pages (anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, OCD, insomnia, PTSD, postpartum, panic) and medication pages (Lexapro, Zoloft, Prozac, Trazodone, Buspar, Cymbalta, Abilify, Lithium, Propranolol) so demand at every stage of the search has somewhere to land.
- 3
Put '$0 copay for most insured members' at the very top of the page, because coverage is the objection that stops the most signups.
- 4
Added an AI-supported check-in layer and a dedicated teen programme, so the same platform serves distinct populations without diluting either.
What was built.
- Therapy, psychiatry and medication management in one account
- Condition and medication landing-page library
- Insurance eligibility check with $0 copay messaging
- Teen and school-partnered programmes
- Therapist matching and location-based search
- AI-supported check-ins between sessions
