The challenge.
Every digital agency lists the same services in the same order, so the list itself carries no information. For a design-first studio the site has to be the argument — if the website is not obviously better than a competitor's, the positioning is just a claim.
What I did.
- 1
Treated the site itself as the portfolio piece: motion-led, deliberately paced, with craft visible in the transitions rather than described in copy.
- 2
Replaced the standard services list with a Capabilities Deck available on request, which both protects the detail and turns a passive visit into a qualified enquiry with a name attached.
- 3
Positioned explicitly as 'design-first, full-cycle' so the studio is judged on craft rather than compared on rate.
- 4
Fed the site from an active presence on Dribbble, Instagram and LinkedIn, where design buyers actually look before they visit a website.
What was built.
- Motion-led homepage as the proof of craft
- Capabilities deck request as qualified lead capture
- Selected work presentation
- Dribbble, Instagram and LinkedIn integration
- Direct phone and email contact
- Canadian market focus with global reach
