The challenge.
Ten service lines multiplied by six client sectors is sixty possible entry points. A flat services list makes a government procurement officer and a sports-turf manager hunt through the same undifferentiated menu — and in a tender-driven business, that friction costs contracts.
What I did.
- 1
Built dual-axis navigation: 'What We Do' covering landscape and horticulture management, sports turf, design and construction, broad-acre mowing, asset and facilities management, arboriculture, irrigation, environmental consultancy, indoor plants and synthetic turf — crossed with 'Who We Help' for government, commercial, sports turf, education, community and health, and infrastructure.
- 2
Invested heavily in credibility content, because contracts at this scale are won on it: B Corp certification, ISO certification, ESG strategy, Reconciliation Action Plan, awards, company history and named leadership.
- 3
Used success stories as the proof layer, tied to both the service line and the sector so either navigation path lands on relevant evidence.
- 4
Wired HubSpot for lead capture and nurture, with a national phone number carried in the header for procurement enquiries that will not use a form.
What was built.
- Dual-axis navigation by service and by sector
- Success-story library cross-linked to both axes
- B Corp, ISO and ESG credential pages
- Reconciliation Action Plan and community engagement content
- Locations, leadership and company history
- HubSpot lead capture with national phone contact
- Careers and news & media sections
